sanctuary aesthetics is a private studio located at 330 Grand Street Suite 9 Hoboken NJ. every treatment is a client’s time for restoration. please be considerate of this + ring the bell at your appointment time to avoid disruption. if you arrive early + need to use the restroom please message me, if possible I will let you in + you may wait on the bench to the left of the lobby before your appointment.

all appointments must be rescheduled in advance through sanctuary via email to avoid another deposit.

out of respect for my time, I require 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling for all services. my cancellation fee is $75 of booked services within 48 hours, I understand that sometimes things are out of our control so this will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. however messaging me that you have a last minute meeting or no childcare is not case-by-case matter. the no show fee is 100% of services booked + you will be required to prepay for any future appointments in full.

I respectfully ask you to give yourself sufficient time to find parking + arrive at your appointment. I will do my best to accommodate lateness but depending on time I may need to shorten your service to keep my schedule on time. In the case of no call/no shows, there will be a 15 minute grace period, after that the appointment will be automatically canceled.
